Passport and Boarding Pass

Here is a slightly more detailed explanation regarding the idea behind the invitation cards you have received.

Boarding pass

The boarding pass is your official and personal invitation to the wedding itself. On it you will find:

  • Date and time of the wedding

  • The address of the church

  • Dress code

  • Website address

  • QR code to the website

  • Last day to register

  • Boarding pass checks may occur.

Guests such as younger children and plus one partners may travel on the same boarding pass if this has been notified in good time.

The passport

The passport is your personal invitation to the party at Åkerby Herrgård. When you "check in" with your passport, it is important that you have it with you. Passport control takes place at the entrance to the Party Hall.

At passport control, a photo will be taken that is valid for the entire weekend. This will be attached to the passport and if approved, the passport will be stamped by the passport control officer.

Younger children and any accompanying pets may be stamped on the same passport as long as they are clearly visible in the photo and are pre-registered.

Pre-registered plus one partners will have the opportunity to receive their own passport on site.

It is an advantage to arrive well in advance as there may be a queue at passport control.
